Our tours run rain or shine, except in extreme weather conditions. In the unlikely event of a weather related cancellation, you will be notified as soon as possible by email, phone and text message and receive a refund on your ticket. Otherwise, tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to use your ticket on the scheduled date and time, you may have the option to use your ticket at a future date/time depending on availability. Please be aware there is a $5.00 per ticket rebooking fee.
